Body manufactured of powder coated 18/8 Cr-Ni s/s sheet of AISI 304 Quality,
Heat resistant bottom of refractory bricks,
Insulated with rock wool completely,
Glazed doors, cooking process can be monitored,
Thermostat between 50-500 C, temperature adjustable,
Thermostat between 30-90 C in maturing unit, temperature adjustable,
Moisturising by spraying,
Draining system for condensing steam,
Upper and lower decks can be controlled separately,
Water inlet with 1/2" solenoid valve,
Maturing unit with 1 grid and the capacity of 5 rows of tray
Feet of pipes, height adjustable.
